update from yesterday

I just finished my support call with Apple and they’re shipping a box to me, so I can send the iBook back for repair. Hopefully it’s something simple, but it’s either the LCD or Logic Board.

Apple support, like always, has been really good. Patient and calming. I will admit, that Gateway’s support is a little faster, but the warm feeling was never there.
