I believe the height of my endurance, was sometime last week as I passed the 12 hour mark for the day. The low point, was this week as I kept running toward a goal but with a lot of small things to do. You just want to see daylight, put your feet up and kiss your loved ones. You want to enjoy what’s enabled by these long hours.

I tend to have a rule of only doing this a couple of times a year. This one, was it. A stretch of about 6 weeks to get a site built while contending with business needs for two additional projects sucking up resources.

Right now, it’s like being released from the hospital. You’re still getting accustomed to the world again, you’re still enjoying the wonders of daylight and your brain is a little fried. Still trying to get bearings and not overwhelmed at what you ignored.
